I take a very different approach to managing construction projects. Many remodeling contractors will charge a significant fee and markup on subcontractor materials and services. Instead, I charge an hourly rate for project management which includes design layouts, selecting a GC, management of the budget, schedule, and the finished product.

I will serve as your liaison for the entire project. My customers have told me that they have saved tens of thousands in kitchen, bathroom and full-level remodels. In addition to saving money, we have kept projects closer to the original timeline with fewer surprises. In the end I believe you will have a remodel that exceeds your expectations but did not exceed your budget.
