Certainly style and great design are important, but what good is a great design if it does not fit into the patterns, hobbies and habits of your family members?

I can recall a recent project where the architect had created an award-winning plan for the remodel of one of my clients. Unfortunately, that plan did not take into consideration the flow and common activities of the family. As a result, we came up with a plan that was much more family-friendly and livable.
